I’m Belinda Rodgers, Holistic Nutrition Expert, Health Coach, and the girl who is going to guide you back into that body you miss.
After studying Natural Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I realized that what we eat is only a small part of what makes us gain weight and keep it on. Our eating habits, hormones, mind, stress levels, and amount of daily movement play a huge role in our food choices and in turn, our weight. After realizing weight is never a simple fix, I studied with one of the top coaching programs at Precision Nutrition, founded by some of the top Sports and Nutrition coaches in the world.
So trust me when I say that if you don’t know how to incorporate all these changes on your own, I get it.
